The programs seek to empower vulnerable youth to access employment and income through rural Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET), Agriculture and Vocational Training (AVET), Job & Business Services (JBS), and community based training (CBT).
The target group is youth aged 14 to 24 years with special emphasis given to the most vulnerable including orphans, out of school teenage mothers and physically disadvantaged youth. Based on market survey and need assessment, youth are guided to make the right choices with greater impact. They are also linked with government structures, Microfinance Institutions, People Institutions and potential markets.
